ARIZONA – Democratic senator John McCain admitted in a statement he released on Friday, regarding his latest effort to save Obamacare, that he has no conscience. McCain said, “I cannot in good conscience support the Graham-Cassidy healthcare bill…..because I don’t have one.”
McCain left the Republican Party years ago when he first realized he had no conscience. “I have no idea why I make the decisions I do,” he said, “but maybe that’s what a maverick does, and maybe it’s why the media loves me so much. They don’t have conscience’s either.”
The most recent decision will no doubt damage the bromance between the unconscionable McCain and the co-sponsor of the latest healthcare proposal, Lindsey Graham. It’s safe to say, though, that one of them had to sleep on the couch this weekend.
The Arizona senator believes his conscience is out there somewhere but he admits, “I’ll be damned if I know where it is. I’d like to get my hands on the little bastard that’s got it though!”
McCain has instructed his family to have the words “BITE ME, TRUMP” put on his headstone, in all caps, when he passes. However, “Maverick, Renegade, Traitor” would seem to be more appropriate.
