Minneapolis Leaders Introduce ‘What Can Possibly Go Wrong?’ Bill To Eliminate Police

MINNESOTA – Calling it the ‘What Can Possibly Go Wrong?’ crime bill, Minneapolis council members have introduced a proposal that would eliminate their city’s police force. The title of the bill was chosen over ‘Throw the Baby Out With the Bathwater’ in the bill’s final draft.

The city is considering various options for the replacement of a police force. Some members of the council are advocating for roaming thugs to police neighborhoods. Others are suggesting having a diverse force that would look something like the cast of characters from Police Academy movies.

Detective Frank Drebin of The Naked Gun movie franchise has been floated as a possible chief for any new law enforcement entity. There are even rumors that members of the Reno 911! Sheriff’s Dept. are being consulted for taking over law and order duties on Minneapolis streets. What could possibly go wrong?

The future of law enforcement?

City officials are also taking advice from Hank Schrader (Breaking Bad), Ray Holt (Brooklyn Nine-Nine), Buford T. Justice (Smokey and the Bandit), and Chief Wiggum (Simpsons) for ideas on how to move forward.

The bold move is being made as Democratic leaders let raw emotion rule their decision making, like they always do, in the wake of a national tragedy.
